ETF Holders is run by Brandywine Asset Management. Questions and requests go to [email protected].
What we collect from you
Your account email and password. If you sign in with Google, your name, email and profile picture from Google. API keys you create, stored hashed, and how many calls each makes. What you unlock and buy, and the logs needed to run and secure the service.
Payments
Stripe handles payments and card details. We don't see or store your card number.
Public and business data
Fund, holdings and retirement plan data comes from public SEC and Department of Labor filings, such as Form 13F, Form N-PORT, Form ADV and Form 5500. The site also shows professional contact details, such as names, titles and work emails, for people at investment firms and plan sponsors. They come from those filings and from commercial data sources.
How we use your information
We use it to run your account, process payments, secure the service and contact you about it. We don't sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
Who else handles it
Supabase stores accounts, Stripe processes payments, Railway hosts the site, and Google handles Google sign-in. Each acts for its own part of the service.
Deleting your data
Email [email protected] from your account email to ask us to access, correct or delete your data. Deleting your account removes your profile and saved contacts and revokes your API keys. We keep payment records where the law requires it. People listed as business contacts can use the same address to be removed.
